According to customers' usage habits and brewing requirements, we divide mashing into the following categories:
Brewhouse:
Combined system(mash boiling tank, upper lauter and bottom whirlpool)
2vessel(mash/lauter tank, kettle/whirlpool tank),
3vessel(mash tun, lauter tank, kettle/whirlpool tank);
It is flexible to do either decoction or infusion mashing process. The whole brewhouse sized as exact beer plato / gravity from client.
The whole system is compact and easy to install.
Disadvantages
Each pub brewery system designed by Alston team follows the unique brewing recipe and brewing habit.
Following the preference of building layout and decoration, the brewhouse can be well combined with overall style.
